Announcing our Online Qigong Training Center!

We developed our online training center as a supplement to our classroom training – as a way for our students to view the movements they practiced in class outside the classroom.  Distance learning students found it a fantastic way to learn Qigong in the comfort of their own home, so we opened it up to the public.

Training Videos

We have resources to help you learn Qigong. If you want to learn the movements we do in class at your own pace, check out our Qigong for Health video. Feedback from my students is that this DVD is relaxing and easy to follow, a perfect way to begin learning.

Qigong for Health is the first DVD video in our series designed to teach you the core movements of qigong practice. Included are exercises to release stress, improve circulation and gently stretch your entire body. This low-impact routine is suitable for all ages. Remember, you should always look to relax and let go a little more each time you practice, so remember this each time you work with the DVD video.
