Cloud Hands
One of my favorite movements, Cloud Hands combines gentle movement with deep meditation. This powerful exercise will improve digestion, bring greater mental clarity, and improve the functioning of your entire body. It also works to mix the energies of Yin and Yang which is the key to health and longevity. Make sure these movements are circular and flowing. RELAX your shoulders and arms. Quiet your mind and breathe deep but natural. Sink into a meditative state, but do not fall asleep! Seriously, if you are falling asleep during Qigong movements then you lack the mental focus and probably should just crawl into bed and go to sleep!
