30 Day Return Policy
We know you will be pleased with training you receive from us. However, if you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your purchase to us as long as it is postmarked within 30 days from the date you received it. We will issue you a credit in the same tender originally used for the online internet purchase minus the shipping charges.

You must obtain an RMA# by calling us within the 30 day period from the original purchase date. We are unable to accomodate returns after the initial 30 days. To obtain an RMA, you may call 1-888-328-0409 and speak with us or leave a message with your contact information. You may also send us an email at returns@sacramentoqigong.com.

Returns will be processed provided:

You include the packing slip. (Please keep a copy for your records.)

The item(s) must be in new condition and in the original gift box. Any item(s) that shows evidence of wear (i.e. scratches, marks, dents or damage of any kind) cannot be returned.  All relevant parts, packaging and paperwork must be returned to receive a refund.

Please wrap the package securely in a box and insure it for the full retail price of the item(s). Sacramento Qigong assumes no liability for the loss and/or damage to merchandise while in transit to our return location. Request a return receipt for confirmation that the shipment has reached Sacramento Qigong.

All shipping charges must be prepaid.  No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted.
