Sacramento Qigong Shipping Policy

Shipments are made by UPS, FedEx or USPS mail from our office in Sacramento, CA. We ship Monday through Saturday, but please add 1 – 2 working days from when you place your orders for us to process, package and ship it. We will send you an email confirmation when your order has shipped.
We ship most orders via United Parcel Service unless otherwise requested. Very light orders less than 2 lbs may be shipped by mail.
We strive to ship within two business days. Sometimes a delay will occur if we are out of stock, but we will notify you if this is the case. UPS does not deliver on the weekends unless you order special Saturday delivery at extra cost. Please contact us to arrange this.
