Sacramento Qigong

something happened today that has never happened before. first…let me explain…I am on my spiritual path, and suddenly everything is sinking in deep. concepts that I have known about are finally in my core. thus, when I stray from these core beliefs (unfortunately still human) I feel it big time.

today…I was pretty stressed out, just been super busy and hd some obstacles. I was basically allowing the stress to build, instead of handling it…and felt a temporary moment of rage I had to let out (it wasn’t violent…just a massive amount of Yang energy). away from everyone, I put my hands on a desk and roared, shaking the house and myself. it was a deep demonstration of the intense effects of too much Yang. immediately after….I started seeing stars, gently flickering, here and there…and as I walked around, they followed me, so they were apparently in my vision. it was not accompanied by anything else…no other feelings (except my liver seemed to hurt slightly after)…just twinkling stars. maybe 15 or so, twinkling on and off in different places.

what’s up with that?
